REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Verity House. Because our store includes both made-to-order physical products and immediately delivered digital products, the policy for each product type is different.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital downloads are final sale once access to the file has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or incompatibility with a customer’s preferred device or software.
If a purchased file is missing, corrupted, duplicated, or cannot be accessed through the supplied download link, contact us at support@verityhouse.us. We will help restore access or provide a working replacement file. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
MADE-TO-ORDER PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Our physical products are created specifically for each order. Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or personal preference after the item has been produced.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@verityhouse.us. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel a physical-product order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has begun.
Digital orders cannot be cancelled after download access has been delivered.
