These Terms of Service govern your use of verityhouse.us and purchases made from Verity House. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase its products.

STORE SERVICES

Verity House offers books, digital resources, apparel, accessories, household goods, and other faith-centered products.

We may update, discontinue, or limit products and services at any time. Product colors and details may vary slightly because of screen settings and normal production differences.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated where applicable.

Submitting an order does not require Verity House to accept it. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, legal restrictions, or another legitimate business reason.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many physical products are produced after an order is placed. Changes and cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSE

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, personal, nonexclusive, and nontransferable license to use the file for personal purposes.

Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, publicly shared, uploaded to file-sharing services, reproduced for commercial use, or represented as the purchaser’s own work without written permission from Verity House.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website, product designs, books, written materials, graphics, branding, downloads, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Verity House and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product or using this website does not transfer ownership of Verity House intellectual property.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use this website to violate any law, infringe another person’s rights, transmit harmful code, interfere with store operations, attempt unauthorized access, collect information without permission, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may rely on third-party providers for checkout, payment processing, digital delivery, production, shipping, analytics, and other services. Those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
