Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Verity House currently ships physical products to addresses within the United States. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
PRODUCTION TIME
Most physical products are made specifically for each order. Production generally takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Specialty products, high-volume periods, holidays, or circumstances outside our control may require additional time.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery dates include production time plus carrier transit time. Standard domestic shipping commonly takes approximately 3–4 business days after production is complete.
The estimate displayed at checkout or provided in your order confirmation is not a guaranteed delivery date.
TRACKING AND SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Products within the same order may be produced at different facilities. As a result, items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Any applicable taxes will also be shown during checkout.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Contact support@verityhouse.us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after production or shipment has begun.
DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, OR DAMAGE
Carrier delays may occur because of weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other events outside our control.
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or your item arrives damaged, email us promptly at support@verityhouse.us. Please include your order number and any relevant photographs so we can investigate.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are normally made available through the download method provided after checkout. If you do not receive access or the supplied file does not work, contact support@verityhouse.us.
